Although the Miss Samoa – Hawaii 2020 pageant was cancelled due to COVID-19 Restrictions, The Board was intricately involved in the planning for and then difficult but wise decision to ask the reigning Miss Samoa – Hawaii 2019 to retain her title through the next reign also.
