Pineapple salsa might sound crazy, but that’s only if you haven’t tried it! It’s amazing on chips, and unbelievably delicious on baked chicken or fish. And what about green salad? Or maybe just grab a spoon and enjoy it all by itself! Best part, once you get the sweet chili sauce perfected, you will be amazed with how easy it is to make. Want it even easier? Just purchase a bottle of sweet chili sauce and you’ll be able to make this in under 10 minutes!

Fresh Pineapple Salsa

Ingredients

2 cups of minced fresh pineapple (or you can substitute one 16 oz can of crushed pineapple)

1/2 – 1 cup of Thai Sweet & Spicy Chili Sauce (click here to view our recipe)

1 cup of fresh chopped cilantro

Pinch of salt & white pepper

Instructions

  1. Mince pineapple into fine pieces and place in bowl
  2. Starting with 1/2 cup of our Spicy & Sweet Chili Sauce (or Thai Chili Sauce from the store), mix into pineapple. Continue, 1/4 cup at a time until you reach what you feel is the best level of consistency and flavor.
  3. Add chopped cilantro, salt & pepper to taste.
