Samoan Fireknife Championships, Festival 

The Polynesian Cultural Center will stage the 23rd annual We Are Samoa World Fireknife Championships…

• May 7, 2015 (Thursday), 7 p.m. in the Hale Aloha: junior (ages 6-11), intermediate (12-17) and senior division preliminary rounds.

• May 8, 2015 (Friday), 7 p.m. in the Hale Aloha: junior (ages 6-11), intermediate (12-17) division finals; and the senior division semi-finals round.

• May 9, 2015 (Saturday), 7:30 p.m. in the Pacific Theater: The three senior finalists will face-off during the intermission of PCC’s evening show, Hā: Breath of Life. The winner will be announced at the conclusion of the show.

…and the High School Samoan Cultural Arts Festival:

• May 9, 2015 (Saturday), 9 a.m. – 2 p.m. in the Pacific Theater:

• May 7 and 8: $10 each day for adults and $6 for tamaiti (children, ages 5-11).
• Kamaaina Annual Pass holders and full-day general admission ticket holders receive free admission for May 7 and 8 events as well as the May 9 high school festival.
• Tickets for the Hā: Breath of Life evening show to watch the senior division finals start at $19.95 for kamaaina (proof of Hawaii residence required) and $49.95 for regular guests.
